2. Donations & Payments

All donations made through our platform are voluntary. By completing a transaction, you confirm that the funds provided are your own and that you are legally authorized to conduct the transaction.

Payment Processing: We use secure, RBI-authorized third-party payment aggregators (such as Razorpay) to process your transactions. We do not store your credit/debit card details, UPI PINs, or sensitive banking passwords on our servers.

3. User Obligations & KYC

To ensure a safe and transparent donation ecosystem, users must provide true, accurate, and current information. In accordance with government regulations, we may require PAN or other KYC details for issuing tax exemption certificates (like 80G).

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate reporting to law enforcement agencies:

System Hacking or Viruses
