Who Can Donate?

Basic requirements to ensure safety for both donor and recipient.

Age & Weight

You must be between 18 and 65 years old, and weigh at least 45 kg (100 lbs) to safely donate blood.

Good Health

You should be in general good health, with normal blood pressure and optimal hemoglobin levels.

Donation Gap

Male donors can donate every 3 months, and female donors can donate every 4 months safely.
