What information is sent to the donors?
The donor gets an instant acknowledgement mail along with an SMS. On reconciliation from the bank, a receipt is emailed, followed by a hard copy (within India). Donors also receive birthday and festival wishes, programme updates, and an annual impact report.

What will LIFE HELPOINT FOUNDATION do with my donation?
Once the donation is reconciled, it's allocated to the specific programme. The usage is monitored and audited, and the results are shared in the annual impact report.
