Believing in this principle of ‘Civic Driven Change’, Life Helpoint Foundation sensitises the civil society in order to make them partners in its mission. Our goal is to empower communities through education, healthcare, and livelihood support to create a self-sufficient India.

Yes. LIFE HELPOINT FOUNDATION is fully verified and registered as a Section 8 company (not-for-profit) under the Companies Act of the Government of India. We are also enrolled under the NITI Aayog NGO Darpan portal, and registered as a charitable entity under sections 12A and 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. We also hold CSR-1 authorization for corporate partnerships.

Our Head Office is located in Daulatabad, Murshidabad, West Bengal (742302). While our primary grassroots operations and healthcare initiatives (like Seva Point) are currently highly active in West Bengal, we are a national-level development organization with a vision and operational capability to expand our welfare projects across India.

Yes, absolutely. All donations made to LIFE HELPOINT FOUNDATION are eligible for a 50% tax deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act. Once your donation is successful, you will instantly receive an 80G receipt on your provided email address, which you can use while filing your ITR.

We maintain 100% transparency. Once your donation is reconciled, it is allocated directly to the specific programme you chose (e.g., Medical Emergency, Education, Apna Thikana). We have 0% platform fees, meaning every rupee goes directly to the cause. The usage is strictly monitored and audited, and results are shared in our annual impact report.

Yes, 100% Secure. We use industry-standard, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways like Easebuzz and CCAvenue. Your payment data is heavily encrypted (256-bit SSL) and never stored on our servers. We never sell or share your personal data with third parties.

Joining as a volunteer is completely free. You can register via our Registration Page. As a volunteer, you will participate in grassroots initiatives, blood donation drives, and awareness campaigns in your local area. Volunteers also get free access to our Blood and Seva portals.

Apart from free volunteering, we offer an official LHF Membership. Members are officially ID-card-holding representatives of the foundation. They receive special benefits including up to 30% discount on lab tests via LHF Seva Point, priority doctor appointments, and an active role in local administrative decision-making for our projects.

No. Volunteering is a selfless act of social service and is unpaid. However, active volunteers receive Official Certificates of Appreciation, Recommendation Letters for their careers, and immense respect from the community.

LHF Seva Point is our dedicated healthcare initiative aimed at making medical facilities affordable for the poor. Through Seva Point, registered users can book Doctor Appointments easily and avail up to a 30% discount on Pathological Lab Tests at our partnered diagnostic centers.

The LHF Blood Portal is a life-saving digital platform. If a patient needs blood urgently, they can post a request. The system immediately alerts our registered blood donors in that specific area. This service is 100% free and works 24/7 to connect donors directly with the patient's attendants.

"Apna Thikana" is one of our core care projects where we provide essential medical treatment, mental health support, hygiene kits, and regular food supplies to extremely vulnerable, abandoned, or bedridden individuals who have no one else to look after them.
